ABOUT US

The Mint Gaming Organisation was established mid 2008. The Organisation now consists of five top tiered teams all of which compete at the highest level of South African Gaming. Having a successful 2009 season the Organisation has continually grown bigger, earning the respect of the community and other gaming affiliated companies.

The Mint Gaming Organisation is an ambitious and already highly successful gaming organisation. Having hosted numerous online competitions, as well as having an up-to-date website that informs the community of local and international gaming news. The mission of the Organisation is to grow the competitive community in South Africa, as well as nurture and help young talent.

The Organisation was originally founded by Daniel Balusik and Kline Moralee, later joined by Roberto Rocha. All of which are respected members of the South African gaming community.


THE TEAMS

With the South African community taking a different route to the international community when it comes to competitive games. The Mint Gaming Organisation has decided to cater for the most popular and most competitive games through out the local community. The Organisation currently has divisions for Counter-Strike (CS) , Call of Duty 4 (CoD4), Defense of the Ancients (DotA), QuakeLive (QL) and StarCraft 2 (SC2).

The teams all have their own support base, where regular followers keep up to date with the teams matches and latest news. With regular attendance to local LANs, our teams have become well recognized and rated amongst some of the best South Africa has to offer.


MANAGEMENT

Management has realised the value of creating relationships and building on them in order to create stronger ties between the community, its sponsors and the Mint Gaming players. The management in the Mint Gaming Organisation has remained relatively unchanged. The CEO's of Mint Gaming are still founding members of the team, with Russell Groves managing the team, helping with web development and also sponsor development.

Team captains are responsible for their teams and communicate with their team and the organisation with matters regarding the organisation and its members. There is also a unique relationship between management and its members where members and management alike are able to communicate with each other on a personal level.
